Mary Kate Meyerhoffer Maltzan, Strategy and Art Direction, Founder Mary Kate is a designer and entrepreneur. As a specialist in design for new platforms at a time when there were few women in the industry, Mary Kate was called ‘Shegeek’, a fond nickname that became the name of her former design consultancy. Mary Kate has designed and art-directed projects for clients such as Apple, Cowgirl Creamery, Time Warner, Ericsson, and Xerox Parc. Mary Kate is an adjunct professor in the Grad Design program at California College of Arts in San Francisco and on the Board of Trustees for Fort Mason Center of Arts and Culture.
