In the 90's Shegeek worked with Ericsson and Kensington to develop social-networking projects that were revolutionary for the time. With Ericsson, Shegeek created a global social-network for employees and their families. The site fostered communication and collaboration among employees, but also allowed those with specific interests to start sub-communities to share their expertise. A common notion now, with the ubiquity of blogs and social-networking, this concept was created at a time just on the cusp of dynamically generated web content. Shegeek then worked with Kensington on “Digital Fridge,” which was one of the first photo-sharing websites in the market.
